Edit:due to the unexpected popularity and the strange 11 downloads... I've put up the original 3600x5400 size because... frankly... people like it and I don't want to let them download the shitty 900x1350? If people steal it I would actually be honored that my artwork was good enough to steal.

One day while rediculously high sleep deprived I heard that song on the radio and I was like that is TOTALLY GARRY'S SINGING WITH IB ;U;
I'm going to try to finish writing this commentary before the song ends :icondragonweep:

thats why its kind of glowy... Idk how to play any instrument so I had to reference it, but I thought stradivarius violins are kind of sad, because no one knows why it plays so prettily, some say its because its made out of wood from a fallen cathedral or wood stored in a basement when it flooded or wood harvested from cold croatian winters/ during a small iceage; either way, I thought it was kind of romantic how the wood suffers to be something beautiful
sometimes you have to play your own dirge

OH GAWG AND THEN GRACE POINTED OUT I FORGOT THE BRIDGE OF THE VIOLIN AND THAT IT SHOULD BE PERPENDICULAR SHIT OH WELL LOL i added the bridge but i gave up on fixing the angle OTL;

GARRY :iconcryforeverplz: Though I like the perspective that he's content with his sacrifice and the consequences.

The moon and the way the colours of the flowers reflect onto his coat and the river are gorgeous to look at *-* The musical star notes remind me of Mary's world...then there's that doll in the corner, and the blue roses. Details 8D

I don't have much experience with composition, but I think if Garry's face and the violin were where his legs are now, the composition would look better :) My eyes tend to move towards the area where his legs are automatically, so it's a little tricky to look at Garry's beautiful face (lawl, but it's true) and the whole piece at the same time.

haha nooo it wasn't as well thought out as that, i just put stars cause it was night time and my name being starrelly //star themed things// but glad u liked the details :iconawwwplz:

awhwh well... his face bothered me for the longest time, it looked too childish and unsexy, i'm not good at style. yeahh my friend pointed out the pose was weird too, but I tried using myself for a reference/ Iguess I was really short and by trying to extend the limbs it looked funny xDD;;

Well, even if it wasn't intentional, perhaps subconscious then? :D It really reminds me of Mary's world haha.

Hmm, personally for me, I like the childish look more :P Although he doesn't look like that in the game, it still expresses a part of his personality. And I realise that if you see the art when enlarged, the top half with Garry looks really good, the focus is on him :lol:
